Overview
This design competition seeks innovative proposals for the redevelopment of the unused parcels around the grain storage facilities on Main Street, Yukon. The goal is to integrate these parcels into the community fabric, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
Eligibility
The competition is open to architects, students, urban planners, and designers from around the world. Participants can submit individually or as a team.
Rules
- Submissions must be in Google Sketchup format.
- Each submission must be accompanied by a detailed description of the design.
- Participants may submit multiple entries but will only be eligible for one prize per category.
Prizes
- Most Creative Design: $500
- Most Economically Viable Design: $500
- Most Efficient Land Use: $500
- Mayor’s Choice Award: $1,000 and a plaque
